Food & dietary needs
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes. All of our pho is gluten-free except egg noodle pho and the hot & sour broth. All spring rolls are gluten-free except the BBQ pork spring rolls and the peanut sauce, and the fried tofu vermicelli is gluten-free too.
See every gluten-free dish.
Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes. Our veggie broth is fully vegan. Ask for it with the Tofu Pho or Veggie Pho. Tofu Spring Rolls are another good choice. Some sauces contain fish sauce or oyster sauce, so tell your server you’re vegetarian or vegan and they’ll guide you.
I have a food allergy. What should I know?
Please let your server know about any allergy or dietary restriction before you order. Our peanut sauce, vermicelli bowls (topped with crushed peanuts) and a few stir-fries contain peanuts, and they’re marked on our
menu. Our kitchen also handles wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, egg, milk, fish and shellfish, so we can’t guarantee any dish is free of cross-contact.
How is your pho broth made?
Our beef broth is slow-simmered for hours with beef bones and spices. We also make a chicken broth and a vegan veggie broth.
Do you have spicy dishes?
Yes. Spicy dishes are marked on the menu, including the Hot & Sour Seafood Pho, Hue Spicy Beef Soup, Pad Thai and our lemongrass stir-fries. Every pho also comes with jalapeño on the side, so you can make it as hot as you like.
Can I make substitutions or add extras?
We don’t offer substitutions, but you can add extras, such as a large pho bowl, extra meat, steamed veggies or shrimp, extra noodles or broth, and extra sauce. Add-ons are listed on the
menu.
Are to-go pho steaks cooked?
Steak in to-go pho is packed raw so it cooks in your hot broth at home, unless you ask for it fully cooked. When dining in, you can ask for the steak on the side.
Is the menu the same at every location?
Yes. All three restaurants serve the same dishes at the same prices.
Dining in
Is AZ Pho & Grill good for kids?
Yes. We have high chairs and a kids’ menu (Kid’s Pho and Kid’s Fried Rice) for dine-in.

Do you have boba and Vietnamese coffee?
